2019年9月24日下午，第4期学术报告会在北京师范大学珠海校区励教楼C座125室举行。德国马尔堡大学Bj?rn Vollan教授应邀做了题为“The shadow of the future: How does climate change affect human behavior? Empirical evidence from three of the most vulnerable regions to rising sea-levels: Solomon Islands, Bangladesh and Vietnam”的学术报告。报告会由北京师范大学经济与资源管理研究院周晔馨副教授主持。
